TennisBox returns & refunds

Change of mind: 14 days

Notify us by email within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. No reason is required. Then send it back within 14 days of your notice. Include your name, order number and the items concerned. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address; our business contact address is not automatically a returns warehouse. Your timely notice preserves your right even while you await instructions.

Return condition and postage

Keep all supplied ornaments and packaging where possible. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; use beyond necessary inspection may reduce the refundable value. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return postage. Keep proof of dispatch. For defective, damaged or incorrect goods, we arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any return required for that remedy.

Refunds

Refunds use the original payment method. For a withdrawal, we refund within 14 days of notice, but may wait for the goods or proof of dispatch. Standard delivery charges are refunded where applicable; the difference for an expressly selected premium delivery service is excluded. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Damage, defects or wrong items

Email us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund if the calendar arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Include photos if available to help resolve the issue. This 30-day service does not shorten any statutory guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights. Optional Shipping Protection is not a condition for exercising those rights.

Before your order ships

Email a cancellation request promptly. We cannot promise to stop an order already prepared or dispatched; the return process remains available.
